this hotel is perfect for familes with tiny kids. the pools are great, especially the kids pool which has fun slides they loved. the food was good, and those fresh pasta nights were a hit with the little ones. the staff at Kikoland are super friendly and keep the kids entertained for hours.

The one-bedroom apartment featured a great layout for families, with the convenience of proximity to the Hooky Royal Pool. The hotel boasts several large swimming pools, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some sun.

The bed setup of two twin beds instead of an actual double was a letdown, especially for couples looking for a little more comfort. Limited storage in the room meant we had to get creative with packing arrangements, and the bright bedroom lights were a nuisance during nighttime reading. the nearby area felt a bit like a tourist trap with overpriced dining options, limiting our exploration outside the resort. Encountered quite a few flies in the dining areas, which distracted from the otherwise delightful meals.

Amazing amenities, great location, the children’s play area is particularly impressive with many activities for kids to enjoy and the beach access through the handy tunnel is a great feature for easy excursions.

the air conditioning wasn't very strong, so it felt a bit sticky at night. also, some of the furniture in the room could be updated as it felt a bit cramped for 4 people.

Had a grand time with me kids! The animation team was just mighty, full of activities! The beach was a stone's throw away too. Only downside, the air conditioning could have been cooler, made it a bit sticky at times.

While the rooms were clean, the air conditioning seemed inadequate, making it hard to cool down at night. The access to the beach through the tunnel was convenient, but it would be nice if the beach area had more amenities. I encountered issues with flies around the dining area, which detracted from the meal experience. The evening entertainment was engaging, but could use more variety. I enjoyed our stay but found some aspects quite disappointing in terms of dining and room comfort.
